Your feedback is very important to us to ensure that we constantly build and improve the service that we provide; meeting your expectations.

Your child's room leader and keyworker staff are always available for you to discuss any requirements or alternatively please feel free to speak to any member of the management team if you so wish.

We issue a customer satisfaction survey on an annual basis which we use to analyse staff training requirements and listen to your comments to tailor make the care which we provide for you and your family.

We have an open door policy and are always happy to talk to you, we understand that you are leaving your 'most precious' in our care and it is very important to us that you are completely happy and satisfied with this arrangement.
