Girl eating appleWe strongly believe in the importance of a well balanced and nutritional diet.

We recognise that some children may have allergies or food intollerances and these will be individually taken into account.

We our very proud to have our own in house cook who prepares varied and healthy meals in our own kitchen using local, seasonal fresh ingredients.

Sample Menu Toddlers

Tuna Pasta Bake (white sauce based) green beans

Tuesday
Sausage and tomato casserole potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli

fresh fruit salad

Wednesday
Fish fingers, potatoes, peas and sweetcorn and parsley sauce

Jam sponge and custard

Thursday
Shepherds pie ( turkey mince) carrots and peas.

Ice cream and wafers 

Friday
vegetable curry Rice and naan bread

Fruit crumble and custard

Drink
Water or diluted fruit juice

Mid-afternoon snack 2.30 pm
Cake, Dried apricots

Tea 4.00 pm

Monday
Croissants (jam and honey) and fruit

Tuesday
Crackers and cheese salad and fruit

Wednesday
Sandwiches (meat paste and egg) crisps and fruit

Thursday
Homemade pizza fingers and fruit

Friday
Baked beans and waffles and fruit

Drink
Water and weak, sugar-free squash

No child will ever be forced to eat anything, but they will be encouraged to try everything.  If a child has any special needs let us know and we will provide a suitable menu.

Babies are fed on demand for their milk feeds, with either formula milk or expressed breast milk, as is your preference.

No fixed times are attached to any feeding patterns although we like to work with the parents routine whenever appropriate.

As the hotter weather is upon us, could all parents bring in hats and suncream to ensure children are protected in the sun.
