We value parents as the child’s first and foremost educators and therefore understand that you know your child best. We welcome the input that parents can provide to a child’s first experience of education creating a strong link between parents, nursery staff and children.
“There are excellent links with parents, who in turn speak very highly of the setting. They say their children enjoy their time there and they make very good progress in all areas of learning. They feel the children’s time is well-structured and they are impressed with the development in their social and communication skills and their prositive attitude to learning.” Ofsted Report.
We actively encourage the involvement of parents and carers in Nursery life, happily sharing with you the events of your child’s day upon collection.
We recognise the importance of offering you as much information as possible regarding your child’s development and will gladly answer any of your questions or queries.
We openly invite your feedback about our services through annual questionnaires, suggestion box and an open door policy.
Personal Care
In a rush in the mornings? Then don’t worry about packing nappies because we’ve got an unlimited supply of Pampers™ Baby Dry available at the Leamington Spa Nursery, for a small extra charge (£1.20 for a full day, £0.80 for a half day).
We can supply SMA Gold, Aptamil or Cow & Gate formula and make up a fresh feed whenever your child needs it. If you use a different brand at home, then we would recommend that you supply your own formula. There is a small extra charge for this provision (£0.90 for a full day and £0.40 for a half day. For toddlers, we charge £0.40 per day).
Medication
We are happy to administer medication prescribed by your child’s GP providing that you complete the medication card before leaving for the day. If your child needs to take antibiotics, then they are welcome to return to Nursery after they have been taking them for 48 hours, provided that they are not unwell or have suffered any adverse reactions.
